Hi Nerea!

What’s up? How are you? I haven’t seen you for ages…

Eventually my B-day has arrived and I’m oranizing my B-day party, I was wondering... If you would be able to come

‘Cause of the Xmas holidays many friends are on vacation and travell abroad, that’s why I write you to know If you are free this following days... Well, I’m gonna celebrate it on the 28th ‘cause it’s a relaxing day between Christmas eve and New Year’s eve. We are going to Cal Font Square, and we are going to have a snak in a bar, there’s also a small ice skating ring so we can have a lot of fun… Come w/ warm gloves and a scarf, I hope that anybody will fall LOL

But there’s 1 problem… There aren’t free restaurants to go. Hopefully my mum called a friend of her who is the owner of a closer Frankfurt bar so we are waiting for her answer, and if all is good, we’ll have dinner there. I’ll tell you tomorrow

Till the world ends...

In 50 years the world will have changed a lot. 

• Starting with the population, It will have increased from 7 up to 9 billion. 

• We'll also have started cutting down our energy consumption and I think non-renewable resouces will have dissapeared. 

• If the global warming continues, the Sea level will increase and it will flood some coast -cities such as Barcelona or New York.

• Technology is going to be very important in the future, in fact nanotechnology and biomedicine will have discovered new ways of fighting against many diseases finding out new medicine.People will wear smart clothes, which will be able to change the colour or the shape. Computers will be more powerfull than nowadays, and we will be able to save much more information in less space.

• There will be a base in the moon and we will have discovered many facts about the outer space. Some people say that it will also be underwater cities, and flying cars.

The future is in our hands!

My sister has just been on holiday with her girlfriend in Mexico. They stayed in a beautiful rural hotel near the beach in Merida. Their room was on the first floor and it had a little terrace with a hammock, very cozy.


Lately in evening, they were watching Tv a breaking news appeared, the most important tropical hurricane "Patricia" was going to hit Mexico in the following 24h. They started to pack things again on their baggage, and they got out of their room, everybody was running and screaming, it was horrible, quickly they catched a bus to the airport.

I phoned them when I heard the news, and they told me they had left the hotel 2 hours ago and they were travelling to the airport. They were going to be safe in the next hour.

Finally they catched a plane from Merida to Mexico D.F and then to  Barcelona. Now they are ok. What a frightened experience...

Burano

Burano is located off the northestern of Italy. Is an island in the Venetian Lagoon, well it could more correctly be called an archipelago of four islands linked by bridges, It's located 7 km from Venice, only 20 minutes by ferry

Its  population is around 7,000 inhabitants, so it's a big village.
It is best known for its work and brightly coloured houses and it's special streets. People visit it mainly in Summer to see the colorful buildings, the activity tourist always want to try is sailing through its quite canals with boat just relaxing, it's intoxicating!
Burano's calmness, good weather and most of all, its friendly and nice people, make it a great destination.



Burano it's a picturesque and rather paceful place. Most of the people don't know of this place but it's a wonderful one, so they would love it!

Pitch Pefect

It was filmed in 2011 and released in 2012, it was directed by Jason Moore. It is based on a book called Pitch Perfect: The Quest for Collegiate by Mickey Rapkin.

Main Characters:

ANNA KENDRICK--> Is Beca, a girl who prefer listening to music with headphones instead of listening to their friends.

REBEL WILSON--> Is Amy the Fat, a confident girl who thinks she is the best singer of Tasmania.

ANNA CAMP--> Aubrey, is a stubburn tradicionalist who hides her anxiety under her bad mood.

The plot:
When Beca goes to Barden University, she discovers that she doesn't fit into any group, but is forced to join in one that would never have been chosen by herself, with bad girls, good girls and weird girls who only have in common how good they sound when they sing together.
Beca helps the group to get out of traditional songs and perfect harmony to take the world of fusion, the girls fight a strong struggle to reach the finals of the National college music competitions. Maybe it's the best thing they have done, but it can also be the crazyest thing they'll have ever done. Finally with a great coreography and a mix of songs Bellas win the Competition.

Antilops are mammals, large generally. A property of this animals is that the male have horns. They are only herbivores, the differences be6tween the Antilop and the Deer is that Antilops have holllow horns. There are a lot of tipes of Antilops like the Madoqua with only 30cm tall or the Eland with 180 cm tall.

STORY Everyday Problems

Friday, 2nd February

Yesterday, I got up at 7 a.m, I were very tired. I went to have breakfast and while I was walking down the stairs I fell over. I got lame during the whole day. I dropped the glass I had just  grabbed from the cupboard. I spilt the milk I usually drink, I ran out of milk so I didn't drink anyhing. I started getting in a bad mood. After I missed the bus, I had to go to the high school on foot. The teachers gave us a lot of homework. When it was lunch time, I broke a dish and the cook punished me. When I came back home I had to stay in the porch because I lost my keys, and I had to wait for my mum to arrive home. Finally, when I got home I went to sleep without having dinner. What a horrible day!

I hadn’t come to London, I would have gone to New York.

If she hadn’t stayed at home, she would have gone shopping. 

I had listened to my mother, I wouldn't have caught a cold.

She had studied harder, she would have passed the exam.

The cold and snow affecting the southern half Catalonia left several incidents in Catalonia. Many roads were cut and traffic was diverted to avoid problems.
 

Meanwhile, the county councils of Anoia and Segarra suspended Wednesday morning buses because of the storm, of cold and snow.

The emergency number 112 received on Wednesday 114 incidents problems related to the snowstorm, which most were because of traffic problems, but it didn’t cause any casualties.

My friend's holiday

Hi auntie,
How are you? I hope you're well. I'm writing to tell you about my new friensd. He's called Carlos, he's from Sacramento in California and he's 16 years old. He is tall and well-built, he has blondfe hair and green eyes, he also has a scar on his neck, he told me it was from a shark, I think he is lying me. He likes surfing and hates cycling, he loves doing sport. He has a dog called Totty, it's very big and sweet. Now he is my best friend, we have a very good relationship.
I hope one day you'll meet him.
